WHAT CAN I DO IF SOME PRODUCTS ARE MISSING?

Some orders are shipped in separate packages due to weight restrictions. To ensure quality, products may come from different suppliers. If you order several products at the same time, they may not be delivered at the same time. Don't worry, your order is on its way. The rest will normally be delivered within 1 to 3 days.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY DELIVERY IS DAMAGED?

If your order is damaged during delivery, please contact our customer service department immediately at support@unionvogue.com

Please take pictures of the damage and attach them to your email. Please do not return the item without sending us pictures first. We will replace the item free of charge.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT OR IT DOESN'T FIT?

Please contact our customer service department at support@unionvogue.com first;

We will work with you to find the best solution. If this is not successful, you will only have to pay the shipping costs for returning the product to us.
